How do I recover my forgotten password?
Free web hosting accounts do not allow FTP. You may upgrade your account for as little as $2.50/month, which will allow you to use FTP functions, map your domain, and have the advertisements removed from your site. From your control panel, click the "Upgrade" (green arrow) button.

Click on "Forgot Password?" from the LOGIN screen, from there you may have your password or username e-mailed to the address originally used to set up your account. Hint: Check your SPAM folder if you do not see a response within a reasonable time.

From there you will be directed to your control panel where you may use the File Manager and HTML editor to start creating your web site. Note: Your homepage will automatically be named "index.html", all additional pages can be labeled your choice.
