150m gives you a generous 50MB of FREE WEB SPACE!
The 150m Network provides free global web hosting to many clients, and we have a responsibility to provide each and every client with the best possible service. The following guidelines have been established to insure this intent is met.
150m is advertiser supported. As a result we ask that users be supportive of our advertisers and their advertising which helps make this service free. Each page is required to display a banner. An advertising banner will be displayed by default on every page served by our servers. Exceptions: Paid Accounts.
PAID ACCOUNTS: Refunds will be given upon request within 30 days of the billing cycle. There will be no other refunds for services after the 30 day of billing. Paid accounts enjoy expanded space, extra bandwidth, ftp access, no advertising displayed on site, and users may attach a domain name to their account.
TWO WEEK INACTIVITY: We have deactivated many free web site users simply because the space was not being used. Normally, we allow people who initially sign-up for our free web hosting space, a 2-WEEK period to create and start to upload their page. If we don't see ANY activity within the initial 2-WEEK period, we will deactivate your site without notice.
APPROPRIATE CONTENT: All services provided by The 150m Network may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statutes. The 150m Network is not responsible for any claims resulting from the use of our service.
NO PORN AND NO WAREZ: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any 150m Network server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to The 150m Network servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are prohibited. This also includes, but not limited to pirated software, hacker programs/archives, and Warez sites. The 150m Network will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these provisions.
NO SPAMMING: Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from ANY SERVER or using an email address that is maintained by the 150m Network is STRICTLY prohibited. The 150m Network will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
SERVER ABUSE: Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any 150m networks server or customer of 150m Networks is strictly prohibited.
NO RESELLING: The reselling of free web hosting accounts is strictly prohibited.
The 150m network holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason The 150m Network sees fit.
